Losing a Loved One

There is a very important advice that we all may need. This is about losing a loved one, who may be, a parent, the couple, the children, the brothers, the friends, the relatives, even the pets; and which, definitely is very difficult. Then, this advice will help not as a magic wand but as a reliable and sure way of going through the mourning, so that the pain can be diminished. At the beginning, this happens with the passing of the time and the continuing of life. The advice is an orientation on how to live, how not to lose the will and the interest for life. The pain can be so great that the person may not be able to overcome it. .Then, the advice, does not pretend to be a patch, does not try to be a psychological explanation but a complete and real explanation that is based on the following:  Life is very vulnerable, it seems solid and depending on what we expect, and without been fatalist, we can say that life can give us a surprise in any moment. Then, how to understand? how to overcome? The key is to understand the following. Life does not end in this world, life continues.

The true life is spiritual and the advice is that the spirituality is not a path of obsession or fanaticism. It is a way of understanding the processes of being born and dying, which are stages. But we have to understand that every individual is spiritual because life goes on. And is necessary to understand and to trust in God. This is something primordial, not only in the necessary moment of consolation but in the integral understanding of all the sphere that means life. But there is something more in the spirituality and is there where we will have a greater strength. Loving does not end with the death of the loved one because it continues in the memory of the one who is gone but who is spiritually and forever in the eternity, in the heart of God..

This understanding requires of a process of analysis and spiritual practice; it requires that we accept that we can love spiritually to the loved one. And in this love surges, the strength, the trust and the peace. There will be peace after we have understood that the spiritual life continues and that Love is the means that overcomes the pain and the mourning because Love overcomes the separation, the death and the distance. Here is the advice: Let's live intensely in the plenitude of Love and let's trust by practicing the understanding, that the love is not going to die because he cannot die, because the loved one is now the same love who talks about continuation and who we will meet again in the wonderful spiritual eternity.

The Star in the Sky

I can truly say that once I saw a star in the sky, which was shining and wonderful. That star seemed like your eyes, that have its own light.

Since that day, there is nothing in me, who is not but that remembrance, that fills everything and beats, more loudly than the own heart.
It is the whole source of every new inspiration because it has taken everything.
The look has expanded, filling every space, the totality of the distances, reasons, thoughts, motivations. It has filled everything. Those eyes are the inspiration, always giving and especially, always filling everything. And if Art does not have this flavor, if it does not ride on the clouds if it does not submerge in the depth of the desires, then, how can the Art for the Heart give ?
